Is this the same medicine my doctor wrote?
Yes — the same salts at the same strengths, in the same form. The name on the strip is different and it is made by a different company, both under the same standards. If any salt or strength differs, we say we do not have it.
Why is it a fraction of the price?
Most of what you pay at a chemist is marketing, sales visits and distributor margin, not the medicine. A company that skips those can price the same tablet lower.
Do I need a prescription?
For any medicine under Schedule H, H1 or X, yes. A registered pharmacist verifies it before dispatch and their registration number is recorded on the sale.
What if you do not have my medicine?
We say so. We never show a nearly-right medicine — a near miss is worse than none. Tap "Tell me when it is added" and we log the gap.
Are you a government service?
No. An independent information and delivery service. Not affiliated with or endorsed by PMBJP, PMBI, or the Department of Pharmaceuticals.
What happens to my prescription?
It is sensitive health data. It is stored privately in India, read only by a registered pharmacist to dispense your medicines, and every time one is opened it is logged. You can withdraw consent and ask for deletion at any time.
